Late Policy

All appointments have a 15 minute grace period. After 15 minutes your appointment may be rescheduled or cancelled.

Cancellations

Cancellations can be made up to 48 hours in advance. After the 48 hour window there will be a $35 late-cancel charge. No call / no shows will be charged full amount of service.

Color Services

All double process color requires a strand test done prior to the appointment. Color consultation must be booked to do so prior to service if I have not previously done your color or you have had certain coloring/ chemical services in between.

Appointment Guests

Please refrain from bringing anyone with you to your appointment that will not be serviced due to space. 

• There is a takedown fee of $35.
• I do not fix or service any styles that I did not install (extensions.)
• I do not take down faux locs!
• There is a $25 detangle fee if your hair is extremely tangled. If your hair is too matted service may be refused. Your hair should be detangled prior to your service.
